Usually, Amsterdam is perceived as a tourist district and ranked at number 4 of the safest city in the world, however, if looking from another lens, an existing spatial quality could become an issue. The objectives of this research experiment with urban planning and architectural design technique focusing on human psychology, using psychopaths and a perfect crime scene in Red Light District, Amsterdam as an experiment apparatus. In the past and present, the physical built environment was designed by designers and urban planners to respond to the requirements of general public without a lack of consideration for some group of people who might use the physical environment in a different way.
